As your assigned Customer Service Account Manager, she provides a single, reliable point of contact for all service-related needs. After you submit your Purchase Order via email or fax, Laura will prepare and return a detailed Sales Order Confirmation for your review, ensuring that every order line is accurate. She will also include your projected ship date—typically within five working days unless special requirements are involved.

Bringing extensive experience and a strong commitment to customer care, Holly Sweet ensures that each customer receives attentive and knowledgeable support. In her role as Customer Service Account Manager, she oversees the entire communication process, giving you one person to rely on for all questions and order details. Once your Purchase Order is received, Holly will generate and send a Sales Order Confirmation so you can verify all information. She will also provide the estimated shipping timeline, which is generally within five business days unless additional specifications are needed.
